Background

I spent 10+ years between retail operations, visual merchandising and B2B sales, learning how customers make decisions and how systems scale under pressure.

Since 2020, I've immersed myself into the Web3 ecosystem, learning about DAOs and focusing on decentralized governance while helping technical projects navigate positioning, market entry, communication and strategic execution.

I combine systems thinking, market psychology, and a low tolerance for buzzwords.
